Drop-in classes

There’s also the option to take drop-in classes. Drop-in classes can be reserved in advance via e-mail. Please arrive as early as possible to check-in. The cost per drop-in class is 20€, with rental of mat 21€ or you can purchase a card with 10 drop-in sessions (3 months validity) 190€ / 200€ (with mat).  Drop-in classes have to be paid before the beginning of the class.

Vinyasa flow yoga

Flow yoga is a challenging workout to build strength, flexibility and stamina. In each class the postures are different, however they all flow through the movements linked with the breath.
You will have the chance to experience a variety of postures moving from standing through sitting postures, forward and backbends, inversions, twists and balancing postures.

Ashtanga yoga

An Ashtanga yoga class is a set sequence of postures based on the primary series of a classic breathing and movement system developed in Mysore. Experience this class by using connecting movements to create a continuous flow linked by vinyasa.

Yin Yoga

  • Stillness of the body
  • Stillness of the breath
  • Stillness of the mind

Yin Yoga stimulates and targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones and even joints of the body, generally the hips, pelvis and lower spine.
Yin practice can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. We remain in the poses anywhere between one and twenty minutes.
Yin Yoga prevents contracture, degeneration, fixation and provides hydration to the joints.
The essence of Yin is yielding. Yin accepts the world for the way it is.Yin Yoga is not meant to be comfortable. It will take you well outside your comfort zone.
We don't use our body to get into the pose - we use the pose to get into our body.
Much of the benefit of the practice will come from staying in this zone of discomfort, despite the mind's urgent please to leave, to move, to do anything but stay....
